Shipping & Exchange Policy
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days via USPS First Class/Priority Mail, and is subject to product availability. Custom orders or pre-order items will ship within 6-7 weeks after the pre-order period ends, depending on production, processing and shipment time. Inventory fluctuates which may delay your ship date. Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a shipping carrier or weather incidents. Shipping charges may be billed separately on credit card orders if shipping method changes or is requested after order is placed.
Customer must notify Seller at time of purchase if a signature is required for residential deliveries. Seller is NOT liable for any lost or stolen goods that are delivered to a residence without requiring a signature.
Official Para Connect does NOT accept returns on in stock or pre-order items for any reason, but we do courteously accept exchanges. Additionally, we do not process cancelations under any circumstances. Please be sure to read our size chart if you have any questions regarding the fit of our merchandise.
If you receive an item, whether an in stock item or an item that was pre-ordered, and the sizing is not perfect for you we are happy to exchange it for the right size; providing it is in stock. If your item is not in stock we will happily accept your return and issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus any previously applied discounts and shipping fees, so that you may purchase another item you like when you make your next purchase. Store credit can be used on any item on our site and there is no expiration date.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email at email@example.com within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise.
The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Items being exchanged must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within seven (7) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep in mind that no exchanges will be granted until we receive the original purchased item in the original condition.
The Following Items are NOT Eligible for Exchange:
- Items that show evidence of wear (i.e stains, signs of washing, etc.)
- Final Sale priced items.
If the desired item in your desired size is in stock, you should expect to receive your exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive an exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your package from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your exchange request once we receive the package (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for the package to be delivered back to you (7-10 business days).
If the item you are exchanging your previous purchase for costs more than your original item price, you will be sent an invoice to cover the surplus amount plus new shipping fee. If the desired item is not in stock in your desired size, you should expect to receive your store credit issued to the email on file within 2-3 business days of Official Para Connect receiving your returned package and emailing you stating that we’ve received your package.
1. If you are returning a $45 item, and your new item costs $65; Official Para Connect will invoice you $28.50 to cover the difference in cost and $8.50 shipping fee via USPS.
2. If you are returning a $65 item, and your new item costs $45; Official Para Connect will invoice you $8.50 to cover your new shipping fee via USPS and will issue $20 in store credit to the email on file.
